Because our items are made to order we do not offer returns and all sales are final. If your item is damaged or has any issues, such as the print not being straight, stain or misprint, we will replace it.The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with us within a week's time. We do require you to first send us a picture showing the misprint/damage and if it is indeed our problem, we will fix it! If approved we'll ask you to send the product back to us and when received we will send you a new product at no cost. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you an exchange.
To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
